Framexpress adds social media workshop to its customer support package

Trade fabricator Framexpress has hosted its first social media workshop – a new arm of support for its CLUB Framexpress customers.

Partnering with its external marketing agency, Balls2 Marketing, the Telford-based fabricator welcomed more than 15 of its customers for an insightful day in Coventry, providing them with all of the social media tips and advice they need to use their platforms to generate more leads and grow their business.

Aimed at beginner level, the workshop focused on helping customers understand their social media goals; which platforms would be best for optimum lead generation; if paid social media advertising is a worthy investment; and a range of hints, tips and risks they should be aware of.

Attendees could also speak one-on-one with the team at Balls2 Marketing, who reviewed customers’ existing profiles and offered advice on how to optimise their strategy and content.

Stuart Green, joint Managing Director at Framexpress, said: “After 25 years, we’ve learnt that customer support means more than delivering high-quality products on time and in full – in fact, it is the minimum we should offer our customers. The introduction of our new social media workshop has allowed us to offer a comprehensive package of support, alongside our extensive technical support, dedicated sales team, personalised marketing literature and machinery investments.

“Navigating social media can be tricky, especially when it comes to generating business from it, and knowing where to start is often what stops people altogether. By offering our customers simple tips and tricks on how to navigate these tools, it will hopefully be a valuable method of generating business for them.

“We’d like to say a big thank you to everyone who came to our first workshop, and we hope they took something away from it that will help them going forward.”
