Composite door brand, Endurance Doors, says it continues to enjoy a period of sustained growth and with this, the company is investing in its brand, capital equipment and in new personnel.
Callum Shrimpton has been promoted to the new role of technical services supervisor, responsible for the day to day running of the field-based service engineers, in addition to being the first and expert point of contact for all technical queries. Elsewhere, in the same function, Ben Dowell has joined as product specification engineer and brings extensive CAD skills to Endurance Doors, which will be fundamental in the company’s new product development process.
Elsewhere, Ian Lee has been recruited as continuous improvement engineer and Kobir Kousor as quality technician. As demand continues to increase each month, it is done so with the promise of exceptional and consistent product quality.
Stephen Nadin, managing director of Endurance Doors, said: “The old adage of ‘you’re only as good as your staff’ rings true and that’s why we invest in the best people possible. As an independent business we’re able to adapt to the needs of the market quicker than most and this is part of the reason why the Endurance Doors package is so attractive to installers.”
