Pyroguard has launched a new range of spandrel panels, giving the UK projects market access to a more comprehensive fire-rated facade offering from a single supplier, the company has reported.
The new range provides an A2 reaction-to-fire, non-flammable solution for applications where fully fire-resistant spandrel panels are not required. The launch gives facade designers greater flexibility, enabling them to coordinate aesthetic requirements with the necessary performance criteria, the company said.
Manufactured in the UK, the spandrel panels are available as single gel-filled laminates or as DGU in a ‘shadow box’ style for enhanced aesthetics. They are available in three standard colours – white, anthracite grey and black – with other RAL colours available on request. The panels can also incorporate low-e glass technology to support improved thermal performance requirements.
