Window, door and conservatory supplier, Stevenswood, has created a dedicated technical team to offer expert guidance for installers fitting their conservatory products, from complete conservatories to lantern and flat roofs.
The nationwide chain – which supplies products by Ultraframe, Supalite and Atlas – has appointed a ‘crack team’ of advisors led by Craig Scott, the company’s sales director, following a rise in demand for expert help in this ‘technically challenging’ area.
The office-based Central Support Team has experts dedicated solely to helping customers fitting conservatories. The team will be on hand by phone or by email to give detailed advice and offer unsurpassed technical knowhow, gathered through years of on-the-job experience.
Conservatory experts, Alastair Nicol and Andrew Towell, provide support on specification enquiries and provide quotes on the most up to date software to enable our customers to show professional drawings to their customers.
The team of five will also include Chris O’Neill, technical manager, who will also be in the field and offering on-site technical support. Chris has a wealth of experience in the conservatory industry having previously been technical manager for Ultraframe. He will be available to advise on the best products for an individual project and can help with specification.
Installers will now have more access to expert help to enable them to finish projects more efficiently and ensure that their customers have total confidence in the installation.
Craig Scott said: “Our mission at Stevenswood is to make life easier for window installers by providing great quality products, excellent customer service and competitive prices. We are here to give the benefit of our experience and expertise and to offer support to customers specifying and installing conservatories. We look forward to helping all of our customers from design to installation.”
